Brush with oil, sprinkle with sea salt, wrap in foil, and air-fry for 45 minutes covered, then 10 minutes uncovered.
Cut the potato in a cross, mash in butter and spring onions, then layer with cheese, beans, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, egg, and tomatoes.
