Hatch Green Chile Smoked Chickpeas
  1. Heat Smoker to 225. I use Apple Wood/Pellets

  2. In a bowl, place dried chickpeas

  3. Cover in oil and shake / stir

  4. Slowly add the rub, shaking and rolling the chickpeas in it

  5. Place in aluminum pan and place in smoker for 1 hour

Optional:

Toss these in an airfryer for 5-7 minutes to make them extra crunchy.
