Sweet Potato Chocolate Donuts
  1. Mash all the ingredients together.

  2. Transfer to donut molds and bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C.

  3. Unmold and cover with melted chocolate.

  4. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30‑second intervals.

  5. Then add 10 g of oil (coconut or olive) for every 100 g of chocolate to make it smoother and easier to drizzle.
