Smoked Bbq Ribs
  1. Prepare the rack of ribs by removing the membrane on the bone side and coating both sides in yellow mustard.

  2. Mix the spices for the rub and sprinkle on both sides of the ribs. Refrigerate the ribs overnight.

  3. Prepare the smoker or oven, smoke the ribs for 2 hours at 250*F with wood chips, then wrap in foil with apple cider vinegar and smoke for another 2 hours.

  4. Remove from the smoker/oven, brush with bbq sauce, and serve.
