Fudgy Vegan Chocolate Mug Cake
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cacao powder, baking powder, and salt.

  2. Pour in the liquid ingredients: almond milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Whisk using a small whisk or fork until the batter is smooth and has no more clumps.

  3. Transfer the batter to a 12-ounce microwave-safe mug.

  4. Microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds or until the top is set. Note: you might have to adjust the cooking time depending on the wattage of your microwave. See the notes below.

  5. Top with chocolate chips and let it cool for 2-3 minutes before enjoying!
