Tuna pasta salad, blsck olives and basil penne
  1. Boil pasta as per instructions and drain

  2. Gently fry the spring onions and tomatoes with garlic and peppers if using

  3. Add canned tuna and olives

  4. Add lots of seasoning (herbs, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, etc.)

  5. Add butter or drizzle of olive oil and the drained pasta

  6. Serve garnished with fresh basil
