  1. Preheat oven to 200F.

  2. Into a large bowl, mix together flour, yogurt, sesame seeds, green onion.

  3. Use your hands and mix together until it forms a smooth-ish dough.

  4. Divide dough into 8-9 equal sized balls and flatten them out.

  5. Add about 2 tbs of shredded cheddar cheese to the center of the flattened dough and then fold the sides over covering the cheese.

  6. Press down on the ball to make small disks about ½ inch thick.

  7. Place an oiled pan over medium heat and cook each side for about 7 minutes.

  8. Place the fried flatbreads in the oven to keep warm while you fry the rest of the batch.

  9. Serve hot.
