Add ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, grated garlic, grated ginger, cornstarch, salt, and white pepper to the pan
Mix everything together in the pan until combined and sticky
Slowly mix in chicken broth until the mixture is cohesive and slightly paste-like
Form the mixture into small mounds right in the pan using a spoon, spatula, or your hands
Place a dumpling wrapper on top of each mound and press and form it around the filling
Drizzle oil over the top of the dumplings
Cook over medium heat for a few minutes to get things started
Add splashes of water, cover and steam, repeating the process a few times as needed
Remove the lid and let any remaining moisture cook off
Garnish with low-sodium soy sauce, chili crunch, and sesame seeds
