Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Whisk dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt) in a large mixing bowl.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into a lined 8x8 inch pan (20x20 cm) and bake for 35 minutes.
Let cool before slicing.
