Marinate the Chicken:
In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Add chicken and coat evenly.
Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for deeper flavor).
Grill the Chicken:
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, until nicely charred and cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
