Hasselback Halloumi Chicken
  1. Hasselback the chicken breasts, making 4-5 cuts in each breast

  2. Add pieces of halloumi into each slit, using about half a slice per slit

  3. Mix the harissa and honey, then brush this mixture all over the chicken and halloumi, getting it into the cracks

  4. Airfry the chicken and halloumi for 18-22 minutes at 180°C, basting with more of the harissa honey mix halfway through
