Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Lightly grease cake donut pans with non stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, melted butter, eggs, buttermilk, vanilla, and strawberry jam.
Fold in diced fresh strawberries.
Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pans.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
For the glaze, mix the diced strawberries, heavy whipping cream, strawberry jam, and powdered sugar until smooth.
Dip the cooled doughnuts in the glaze.
