Mix all ingredients together.
Rest 20 minutes in bowl, covered
Dust flour on counter.
Knead dough on the counter.
Divide into 80g balls (around 21).
Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
Flour counter and rolling pin. Roll dough balls into circles.
Cook in dry pan until ready on both sides with small brown circle marks. Tortillas should puff up. Don't overcook.
Cover cooked tortillas while cooking remaining dough balls.
