In a bowl whisk the Mayo, duck sauce and Dijon. Reserve 1 tablespoon of the sauce on the side.
Divide the meat packages into two.
Spread the Mayo mixture over the puff pastry and layer a few slices of corned beef, then fold the puff pastry over to cover.
Then lay a few slices of pastrami and fold the puff pastry over to cover.
Finally lay a few slices of turkey and fold the puff pastry over to cover.
Pinch the seams and tuck the ends under the roll.
Lay seam side down on a baking sheet.
Repeat for a second load.
Add the reserved tablespoon of sauce to your egg and whisk together.
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
