Lemonade & Cream Scones
  1. Preheat oven to 220°C, line a baking tray with baking paper

  2. Sift flour & salt into a large bowl and make a well in the center

  3. Pour the cream & lemonade into the well, then use a butter knife to gently mix in circles until the ingredients just come together to form a wet dough

  4. DON'T OVERMIX OR STIR TOO VIGOROUSLY

  5. Tip the dough onto a floured benchtop & knead it gently a few times

  6. Shape and pat into circles 2 - 3 cm high and place on prepared tray

  7. Bake at 220°C for 13 - 15 minutes until golden on top

  8. Serve with cream and jam
