Preheat oven to 220°C, line a baking tray with baking paper
Sift flour & salt into a large bowl and make a well in the center
Pour the cream & lemonade into the well, then use a butter knife to gently mix in circles until the ingredients just come together to form a wet dough
DON'T OVERMIX OR STIR TOO VIGOROUSLY
Tip the dough onto a floured benchtop & knead it gently a few times
Shape and pat into circles 2 - 3 cm high and place on prepared tray
Bake at 220°C for 13 - 15 minutes until golden on top
Serve with cream and jam
