Mutton Chops Masala Curry
  1. Start Ninja Foodi in sauté mode at high heat

  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil

  3. Sauté 1 medium chopped onion until it changes color

  4. Add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute

  5. Add 3 pureed tomatoes

  6. Add all spices: salt, cayenne pepper, coriander powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, bay leaves, and cinnamon stick

  7. Add 1.5 lbs mutton chops and mix well

  8. Sauté until the chops turn brown (a few minutes)

  9. Add 1 cup of water

  10. Pressure cook for 20 minutes at high pressure

  11. Quick release the pressure

  12. Switch back to sauté mode and stir to blend everything together

  13. Add green chilies and chopped coriander

  14. Simmer for a couple of minutes

  15. Serve with rice or naan
