Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside
In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, almond flour and maple syrup until fully combined
Add to baking dish and press down firmly using clean hands or a spatula to form it to the dish
Melt the chocolate chips then mix in peanut butter until smooth
Pour the chocolate mixture on top and spread it across the peanut butter base
Add to fridge to set for 1-2 hours then slice into bars and enjoy!
