Biscuits and Sausage Gravy
  1. In a small skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink, 3-5 minutes, breaking into crumbles; drain.

  2. Add butter and heat until melted.

  3. Add the flour, salt and pepper; cook and stir until blended.

  4. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly.

  5. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes.

  6. Serve with biscuits.
