30-minute Cheesy Broccoli Pesto Pasta With Lemon Pepper Chicken
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

  2. While pasta is cooking, steam broccoli until tender.

  3. In a blender, combine basil, spinach, garlic, Parmesan, cottage cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth to make the pesto sauce.

  4. Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally to make them thinner. Season with lemon pepper seasoning.

  5. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.

  6. Once pasta is done cooking, drain and return to the pot. Add the pesto sauce and steamed broccoli. Stir well to combine.

  7. Serve the pasta with sliced lemon pepper chicken on top. Enjoy!
