Preheat oven to 350ºF
Drain 1 can of chickpeas and rinse well
Blend chickpeas with ⅔ cup greek yogurt
Add mixture to a large bowl with 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix in ⅓ cup monkfruit or granulated sweetener of choice
Add in ⅓ cup oat flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
Fold in ½ cup chocolate chunks
Pour into a parchment lined 8x8 pan
Bake for 25-27 minutes
Allow to cool and enjoy
