Prepare Soup Base
Combine onion, oil, bell pepper, and jalapeno.
Add vegetable broth, tomato sauce, salsa verde, tomato paste, black beans, pinto beans, corn, red lentils, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
Pressure cook on high for 15 minutes.
Allow natural pressure release.
Stir in heavy cream (optional).
Top with crushed tortilla chips, cheese, jalapeños, red onion, pico de gallo, avocado, cilantro, and sour cream or greek yogurt.
