Chocolate Chia Pudding

  2. Pour the mixture evenly into 4 jars or small bowls.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours—or overnight—for the chia to thicken into a pudding texture.

  4. Top with yogurt, shaved chocolate, and raspberries if desired. Enjoy chilled.
