Pork, Peanut, & Scallion Stir Fry
  1. In a bowl, combine the pork, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Toss to coat the pork and set aside.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

  3. Add the marinated pork to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.

  4. Stir in the red bell pepper, snap peas, peanuts, and scallions. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Pour in the chicken broth, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.

  6. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.

  7. Serve the stir fry over cooked rice.

  8. Enjoy!
