Pesto Di Rucola (rocket Pesto)
  1. Blend the rocket, garlic, basil, pine nuts, and lemon juice in a food processor until a smooth pesto is formed. Add in the olive oil and cheese, and stir together.

  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

  3. Roast the cherry tomatoes in olive oil.

  4. Toss the cooked pasta with the rocket pesto and roasted tomatoes.

  5. Season with fine sea salt.
