Homemade Wonton Soup
  1. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. Place 1 tsp filling in the center of each wrapper. Wet the edges with water. Fold into a triangle, press to seal. Bring the corners together and pinch to form classic wonton shape.

  3. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a simmer. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and pepper. Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes for flavor.

  4. Drop wontons into the simmering broth. Cook for 4–5 minutes until they float and are fully cooked.

  5. Ladle soup into bowls. Top with green onions, cilantro, and chili oil if desired. Serve hot!
