Add ¾ cup Greek yogurt, ¼ cup almond milk, 1 ripe banana (best if frozen), 1 teaspoon matcha powder, and ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Taste the smoothie. Add 1 teaspoon honey if you want it sweeter, especially if the banana isn’t very ripe.
For a stronger matcha flavor, add a little more matcha.
If it’s too thick, add a splash of milk and blend again.
