Cheesy Ground Beef Broccoli Rice Skillet
  1. Chop one onion. Roughly chop broccoli into smaller pieces.

  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and 1 lb of ground beef and spread it out evenly in pan. Season with salt, pepper, mustard powder, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Once the ground beef is browned remove any extra grease if needed.

  3. Next, add the minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Add the rice, broccoli, and beef broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low, and cover with a lid.

  4. Let cook covered for about 15-20 minutes or until rice is cooked. Add about a cup of shredded Colby Jack cheese and stir.

  5. Top with a little bit more cheese and cover with the lid to let the cheese melt or pop it in the oven under the broiler for just a few minutes.
