Butternut Soup
  1. Roast butternut and onion until caramelised, alternative brown off with onions

  2. Add potatoes, butternut, onion and liquid in a pot. Salt to taste, dependant on how salty stock the stock is.

  3. Once potatoes are soft blend until smooth.

  4. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, cream and orange juice.

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with bread and dollop of cream.
