Cook Duck Wings from Frozen. Option 1: Air fryer - Place in air fryer in a flat layer. Air fry at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes. Flip halfway through. Option 2: Pan Fry - Using a pan with 4-inch sides, pre-heat 2 inches of oil to 350 degrees F. Cook for 3 minutes, turn duck wings over, cook for another 3 minutes or until hot.
In a sauce pan on medium-high heat, whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, honey, rice wine vinegar, sriracha, red pepper flakes, and sesame oil together in pan. Bring to a boil.
Whisk cornstarch and water together in a small bowl.
Add cornstarch and water mix to pan with other ingredients and reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Toss wings in finished sauce.
Optional - top with scallions or sesame seeds.
