Queso Chicken Man N’cheese
  1. In your slow cooker, add the chicken, half the salsa, green chillies, garlic puree, chopped tomatoes, red pepper and onion. Stir well and cook on high for 3 hours.

  2. Make the cheese sauce by blending the cottage cheese, low fat cream cheese, remainder of salsa, cheddar and skimmed milk.

  3. Add penne to a saucepan and cook until tender, then drain and add to the slow cooker with the cheese sauce. Stir well and bake in the oven for a further 10-20 mins.
