For marinated soft boiled eggs: Whisk together 2 cups soy sauce, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tsp rice vinegar, and 2 tsp garlic powder.
Heat water until boiling and then add eggs to boiling water using a slotted spoon.
Set timer for 6 minutes exactly. Remove from water and place into ice water gently for 5 minutes.
Strain ice water and place eggs into the soy sauce marinade until you finish completing the other cooking steps.
Ramen cooking: Follow package instructions and cook 3 packs of Maruchan Ramen until al dente (around 4 minutes).
Drain the ramen and combine with the noodle sauce in the next step.
For the noodle sauce: In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp Kewpie mayo, 2 egg yolks, 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce, 3 cloves garlic minced, 2 packs of Maruchan chicken seasoning, 1 tsp soy sauce, and approx ½ cup noodle water.
Steak cooking: Season 2 NY Strip Steaks with coarse sea salt to taste.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Sear the steaks on both sides until desired doneness.
Add ½ stick of butter to the pan and baste the steaks.
Remove steaks from the pan and let them rest before slicing.
Assemble the ramen bowl with the cooked ramen, sliced steak, and marinated eggs (sliced in half).
For garnishing ramen bowl (optional): Top with Trader Joe's Crunchy Chili Onion, sesame seeds, sliced green onions, and hot chili oil.
