  1. Mix all ingredients & rest for 30 mins (the psyllium husk will thicken it).

  2. Spread evenly on a baking tray.

  3. Bake at 145°C for 1 hour

  4. Let it cool completely, then break into pieces.

  5. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
