High-protein Big Mac Salad Bowl
  1. Brown ground beef in a pan with onion powder, salt and pepper.

  2. While the meat is browning, chop up your lettuce, red onion, and pickle spear.

  3. Mix all the ingredients for the Big Mac Sauce: Greek yogurt, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice.

  4. Weigh out your ground beef according to your macros and lay on half a head of chopped iceberg lettuce.

  5. Lay the rest of the toppings on top of the meat and drizzle ample Big Mac Sauce over the top.
