Cheeseburger Focaccia , No Overnight Wait!
  1. Mix salt, sugar and yeast. Add water, oil and flour. Mix into a sticky dough.

  2. Cover and let rise until doubled (about 1–1.5 hours).

  3. Grease your mold. Spread the dough in it, add half the filling, fold the dough over, turn it.

  4. Drizzle a little oil on top, cover, and rest 40 minutes.

  5. Add rest of filling on top and dimple the dough with oiled fingers.

  6. Bake at 220°C (428°F) for 20–30 minutes until golden.
