Mix salt, sugar and yeast. Add water, oil and flour. Mix into a sticky dough.
Cover and let rise until doubled (about 1–1.5 hours).
Grease your mold. Spread the dough in it, add half the filling, fold the dough over, turn it.
Drizzle a little oil on top, cover, and rest 40 minutes.
Add rest of filling on top and dimple the dough with oiled fingers.
Bake at 220°C (428°F) for 20–30 minutes until golden.
