Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, stir together the peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt, until smooth.
Add the oats, chocolate chips, chia seeds, and nuts and stir. A stand mixer with the paddle attachment is best.
Press firmly into pan. Use something flat, like the bottom of a measuring cup, to pack firmly and flat.
Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing.
Store bars in the fridge.
