Pb Choc Ganache Mousse
  1. For the mousse, mix the yogurt, powdered peanut butter, protein powder, and sweetener until smooth. Fold in bloomed gelatine.

  2. For the ganache, melt dark chocolate with coconut milk until silky.

  3. Layer mousse and ganache in your glasses. Let it set.

  4. Enjoy!
