Orange Chicken Sandwich
  1. Marinate chicken cutlets, thighs, or breasts in 2 cups buttermilk

  2. Mix dry batter ingredients: potato starch, rice flour, chili powder, garlic powder, sazon, onion powder, and MSG

  3. Coat marinated chicken in the dry batter mixture

  4. Fry the coated chicken until golden and crispy

  5. Make the sauce by melting butter and sautéing garlic, ginger, and chili flakes

  6. Add rice vinegar, soy sauce, orange zest and juice to the sauce

  7. Mix corn starch with water and add to sauce to thicken

  8. Stir in honey to the sauce

  9. Toss fried chicken in the orange sauce

  10. Toast potato buns

  11. Assemble sandwiches with sauce-coated chicken, kimchi, and kewpie mayo on buns
