Easy 1-pan Korean Fried Chicken
  1. Dice the chicken breast and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Toss the chicken in the corn starch until fully coated.

  3. Heat the avocado oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

  4. Add the coated chicken and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

  5. In a separate bowl, combine the soy sauce, water, garlic, ginger, gochujang, honey, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil to make the sauce.

  6. Add the sauce to the pan with the fried chicken and toss to coat.

  7. Serve the Korean fried chicken hot, garnished with green onions and sliced red chili.
