Sesame Chicken Thighs
  1. Combine sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and vinegar in a large bowl.

  2. Add chicken and stir to combine.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  4. Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  5. Drain marinade from the chicken.

  6. Place chicken thighs skin-side up in the basket of the air fryer.

  7. Cook for 5 minutes.

  8. Flip and cook an additional 10 minutes.

  9. Transfer chicken to a plate and let rest 5 minutes before serving.

  10. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
