Mix together flour, active yeast, and salt
Add 1.5 cups of warm water and mix until combined
Cover and let rise for 2-3 hours or until doubled in size
Roll into a ball using a bench scraper or your hands, dusting with flour for easier handling
Preheat oven and Dutch oven to 450°F
Cover loaf on counter while oven preheats
Place loaf in hot Dutch oven with lid on for 30 minutes
Remove lid and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown
Remove from oven and enjoy
