Garlic Butter Brie With Sourdough Bread
  1. Set the oven to 400.

  2. Add butter and roughly chopped garlic to a pan and heat on low-med until melted.

  3. Cross hatch cut your loaf of bread (cut slices one way and then cut cloves the other way) be sure not to cut all the way down, cut only ¾ way down the loaf.

  4. Make a bread bowl with foil so it can cook in there.

  5. Add melted garlic butter mixture in-between the slits you made in your bread loaf.

  6. Stuff with brie cheese and add on finely chopped rosemary.

  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes covered, then 5 more minutes uncovered.

  8. Enjoy WARM with good company
