Gang Dang Muu (Red Curry with Pork & Brussel Sprouts)
  1. Start rice

  2. Cut leeks into rounds and Caramelize onions, remove from pan

  3. Caramelize brussel sprouts, remove from pan

  4. Add oil, toast red curry paste, palm sugar, whole lime leaf and fish sauce till slightly browned

  5. Add pork, break up in small pieces

  6. Add coconut milk, cook till slightly thickened

  7. Remove from heat and thin lime leaf and basil

  8. Serve with rice
