In a bowl, add plain flour, 0% Greek yoghurt and a teaspoon salt
Mix into clumps and knead the clumps into a big dough ball
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and slice into 6 equal balls
Gently flatten each ball into a circle
Add pizza sauce, low fat cheese, and turkey pepperoni to each circle
Fold over the top and seal into a calzone
Add some slits in the top for steam
Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with parsley
Bake or air fry until cooked through
Store wrapped in foil in the fridge for up to 5 days
To reheat, remove foil, cover with damp paper towel and microwave for a couple minutes until hot and cheese is melted, then optionally air fry for a minute to crisp the outside
