Cottage Cheese Flatbread
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a 9 x 13 baking sheet with parchment paper. Grease the baking sheet very well to prevent sticking.

  2. Add cottage cheese, eggs and seasonings of choice to a blender and process until smooth. Pour the cottage cheese mixture into the prepared baking sheet and spread out evenly.

  3. Bake cottage cheese flatbread in hot oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Enjoy as a low carb high protein alternative to bread.
