Green Orzo
  1. Blend all the ingredients for the sauce until completely smooth, adding a splash of water to thin out.

  2. Transfer the sauce to a pan, add in cooked orzo or your choice of pasta.

  3. Then add a splash of water, additional spinach, peas and mix together.

  4. Top with roasted tomatoes, burrata, lemon zest, olive oil and black pepper.
