In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
Gradually stir in water and oil until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
On a floured surface, roll out the chilled dough to about ⅛ inch thickness.
Use a knife or pizza cutter to slice the dough into sticks of desired size.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the sticks on a lined baking sheet, sprinkle with sesame seeds and optional spices.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, checking after 10 minutes.
Allow to cool before serving.
