Add the raisins, currants, sultanas, cranberries, mixed peel, apple, butter, sugar, cinnamon, mixed spice and lemon zest to a large pan
Heat on a low heat until the butter has melted and combined with the mix
Simmer the mix for 10 minutes
Leave the mixture to cool
Stir through the brandy
Preheat the oven to 180ºc fan and line a 9" square tray
Add the oats, flour, sugar, baking powder and butter
Rub together to form breadcrumb like texture
Pour 500g of the mix into the tray and firmly press down
Add the mincemeat on top
Sprinkle over the rest of the crumble mix
Bake for 30+ minutes and then leave to cool fully
