Easy Lobster Bisque
  1. In a sauce pan over medium heat, add butter and flour. Cook until blonde. Add tomato paste (or 1 can tomato sauce with less water), then half & half, water, wine, Lobster Base, flour, and paprika.

  2. Bring to a boil while stirring, reduce heat and add lobster (optional). Let simmer for 5 minutes.

    note: I like to add msg, Calabrian chili, cayenne pepper, and ground thyme.

  3. Serve immediately.
