Smash the garlic cloves with the side of a knife, then add to a blender. Let this sit for 10 minutes to oxidize.
Squeeze the juice from the lemons and add to the blender.
Peel the oranges and add the orange slices to the blender.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender, and blend until the mixture is smooth.
Strain the liquid through a fine mesh strainer, and use the back of a spoon to press on the solids left behind on the strainer to squeeze out all the juices.
Enjoy a shot immediately, or freeze in ice cube trays (I like these) until ready to consume.
