One Pan Noodle Stir Fry
  1. Add your favorite noodles, ½ cup sliced carrots, 1 cup chopped broccoli, ½ cup red sliced bell pepper, ½ cup edamame to a pan.

  2. Add ¾ tsp each: ginger, paprika, red chili powder, cumin, garlic.

  3. Add ½ cup coconut milk, 1 cup broth of choice, ¼ cup cashews and 1 tbsp soy sauce.

  4. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stopping halfway to mix well.
